Edifício Cidade de Setubal
Foi elaborado laudo técnico estrutural de uma laje que apresentava elevado grau de deterioração, com diversos pontos de lixiviação do concreto. O estudo contemplou a investigação das possíveis causas, com o objetivo de mitigar os danos observados.
Constatou-se a insuficiência de cobrimento do concreto, em desacordo com a ABNT NBR 6118, bem como perda de seção das armaduras existentes. A partir dessas verificações, foram indicadas as medidas técnicas cabíveis para a recuperação e solução das patologias identificadas.
